Ryan first joined Golden Hire in 2006 as a Research Consultant through Rochester Institute of Technology's Co-Op program. He reached out to potential candidates as a first point of contact in their new career step and learned much about the software industry. After graduating from RIT with a BS in Business Administration, Ryan moved to Boston to join a national IT recruiting firm, TEKsystems. After specializing for a few years recruiting Infrastructure in the New England Market and helping to remotely establish Vermont as a stable territory, Ryan decided he wanted to go back to Golden Hire to be part of a smaller and more agile company where he could lend his training and technical knowledge to help grow the company even further.
