Todd joined Golden Hire in 2001 with a background in science and technology. After spending six years in the United States Navy as an electronics technician, he attended the University of Rochester where he earned a degree in biology. Following college, he spent two years in design engineering before going into software sales with Xelus, a Rochester-based supply-chain software company. Todd saw "a golden opportunity in Golden Hire" and was excited to work with a team of professionals and apply his technical and sales background to the world of recruiting.
